Documentation handover

Purchase confirmed
Once your equipment has been bought, tell us what you've got and where it's going. We schedule a technician to your site.

On-site installation
A technician visits your venue, unpacks, wires, mounts and configures the kit to spec — decks, booth, mixer, cabling, the lot.

Staff training
We walk your team through the setup in person: how to power it up, use it, and shut it down safely, on the actual kit in the actual room.
